Being more sensitive than a dynamic equivalent, the STC-5 captures your voice in significantly more detail, giving the kind of recording quality results that you’d expect from a studio mic.
The cardioid polar pattern helps reject sounds entering the capsule from the sides, essential for producing a clear image on stage. And the STC-5’s low-cut filter switch will help reduce any stage rumble when the microphone is on a stand.
